Data is used solely to provide the Syntec Membership service. Specifically:

5. Data Retention

We retain member and visit data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, you may request a data export or deletion within 30 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Your Rights

As a business using Syntec Membership, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of all data held for your business and members
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and your members' data
• Opt out of any non-essential communications
